Studio de Nooyer works on international assignments of architecture and interior photography. Based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, we travel to all sorts of destinations for our customers.
The agency specialises in both exterior and interior photography. Everything that is drawn, designed and built is a potential subject, and the subjects are as varied as the clients. These can mostly be found among architects, city planners, property developers, publishers and advertising agencies.
The projects captured on film vary widely in size. Studio de Nooyer’s subjects range from details such as materials, to furniture and interiors and large urban development projects. Photographing a smaller design within an urban context is often desirable as it gives a good impression of the direct surroundings of the project.
To Chiel, the primary aim in architectural photography is always to deliver quality. He doesn’t take photographs, he makes them:
“Every design is thought through in detail. Therefore, as a photographer I should spend just as much time thinking about how to best capture that design. Post-production of my work is a very important aspect. It results in powerful images that do full justice to the design.”
The final photographs are always provided in a high resolution, allowing the client endless flexibility to use them in different ways. They can be used as small pictures on a website but also as life-size panoramas.
