Archway Service Group acquired Carolina Food Concepts in 2008 and has since specialized in hot-side repairs and maintenance for the food service industry. Our services include both reactive repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance. Additionally, our Route Service Division operates a knife and blade rental business for meat saws and grinders, catering specifically to meat-cutting facilities. We also manage a food-grade mineral oil packaging business, supplying lubricating oil for meat and deli equipment. The oil is delivered via a tanker truck to our 6,800-gallon storage tank, where it undergoes an onsite bottling process. It is then packaged into quarts and gallon containers, making it available for purchase by anyone in need of lubrication for food service equipment.
