Arden Debt Advisory is an independent real estate debt advisory business providing funding advice and loan management services to real estate investors and developers. With over 40 years of combined real estate banking experience, we’ve become experts at securing the best funding for our clients and navigating lenders’ assessment, approval, documentation, and loan management processes. We advise our clients throughout the entire debt funding process, from the initial structuring phase to arranging, negotiation, settlement and beyond. Engaged directly by our clients, we act entirely in their interests and focus exclusively on real estate debt. This specialisation produces cost-effective, ‘best in market’ outcomes whilst minimising execution risk, allowing our clients to focus on their core businesses. Our Principals, Tim du Temple and Brooke Conlon, have worked together for over 13 years with careers in real estate banking, social infrastructure development and investment, and debt advisory. Since 2016, we have closed total debt funding of A$2.2bn across 38 individual assets with a combined value of A$4.1bn.
