Armory Advisors investment objective is to achieve superior, uncorrelated returns by investing in troubled companies with the proper fundamentals for a successful turnaround. Our emphasis is on smaller capital structures and market capitalizations, where inefficiencies tend to be greater. The portfolio is constructed using a bottom-up approach, based on fundamental research of specific credits. Investments are fairly concentrated, and risk management is achieved through strict adherence to style, with a focus on fundamental balance sheet analysis and cash-flow valuation.
