The mission of the ARMY HBCU/MI Engagement Strategy is to strengthen partnerships with academia and diverse groups, and to increase the involvement of Minority Serving Institutions in Army research initiatives. We aim to promote greater participation of students in research at Army Research Facilities, with the support of the U.S. Combat Capabilities Development Command Army Research Laboratory (DEVCOM ARL) and other Army programs. Our goal is to encourage students to pursue careers in STEM fields and to contribute to the advancement of the Army's research priorities.
