Aroma Senses is there to look after your mental, physical and emotional wellbeing. I am a person centered and integrative counsellor and the conditions I focus on are anxiety and depression which may be caused by changes in your life or things that have happened in your past. I offer a calming, safe and confidential environment to help you work through your difficulties and to make positive changes in your life. I counsel children from age 13 and adults either face to face or online.
I am also a complementary therapist and offer many different types of treatmenats to help with your physical and emotional wellbeing. These include aromatherapy, deep tissue, hot stone and pregnancy massage. Manual lymphatic drainage, indian head massage, reflexology and myofascial release. I can help you if you have aches and pains, feeling stressed or just want to relax I have the treatment for you.
