The daily operations are managed by Willo Schröer. Willo graduated in Theater, Film, and Television Studies and has previously worked as a marketing manager at Entertainment One Benelux and Movie MAX. He also served as the editor-in-chief of Videoland Magazine. In 2008, he founded No19 Talent Management and collaborated with artists such as Carice van Houten, Halina Reijn, Gaite Jansen, Martijn Lakemeier, Robert de Hoog, and Noortje Herlaar.
