Full Charge Bookkeeping. QuickBooks, accounts receivable/payable, vendor and expense invoices, bill clients and prepare bank deposits. Process employee timesheets, run payroll checks and prepare financial statements, sales and payroll tax returns.
Office Management. Create and maintain personnel policies, procedures, laws, and regulations. Write policy and procedures for company policy manual. File timely reports as required under state law including recommendations for salary changes, promotions and terminations.
Human Resources Management. Act as a liaison for the legal and accounting team to ensure implementation of company’s goals. Manage employees benefit plans, tax and financial planning, estate planning and exit strategies. Process company payroll; health insurance & employee benefits and schedule training sessions.
Insurance Implementation and Audits. Review and monitor general liability and umbrella policies; company vehicle insurance; workers compensation; year-end and interim insurance audits: prepare for and attend insurance audits either with or on behalf of clients.
Research. Write and manage the distribution of vendor surveys and questionnaires. Moderate vendor product research & comparisons; write detailed reports and present results.
Project Coordination. From mail merge to marketing campaigns, we can create a detailed work plan which determines the resources required to complete the project. Develop a schedule for project completion and review.
