We are the only company in India to manufacture Pre-Insulated Panels (PIR), Ducts and Accessories under the brand name SMART Panels. We have a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Mumbai. The manufacturing capacity of our factory is 1,500,000 sq m per annum. SMART PIR Panel is manufactured of CFC & HCFC free closed cell Poly-isocyanurate (PIR) foam “sandwiched” between Aluminium sheets, one on each side. It is primarily used in the construction of ducting system for distribution of air in HVAC system. Applications HVAC Ducting SMART Pre- Insulated Ducting System is worldwide used in commercial, residential, hospitals and industrial applications. It is also an excellent option in industries such as food processing, pharmaceuticals, electronics, and medical centres where there is a need of high level quality and hygiene. The final ducting is versatile and can be installed internally or externally, can be concealed above a false ceiling or visibly mounted. The PIR Panel is used majorly as a substitute for existing GI Duct system. Wall Insulation The PIR foam easily sticks to any surface and there are no chances of creating any thermal or cold bridges. Roof Insulation PIR Insulating foam can be applied on both inside and outside of the roof to prevent damage by rain, sun and wind. Floor Insulation PIR foam is applied seamlessly on the underside of the ground floor. PIR foam seamlessly seals the floor in contrast to the system that seals off the ground. We are capable of manufacturing various forms of SMART panels depending on your requirements and project specifications.
