Aseem Chawla, a Member of Bar Council of India & a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is a certificate holder of Comparative Tax Policy & Administration from the prestigious Harvard Kennedy School.
Aseem has extensive experience in advising large corporate houses on a variety of tax matters including International tax, inbound & outbound investment structuring and cross border tax issues. He has also represented clients in tax litigation matters before various appellate forums.

He has contributed in the International Fiscal Association (IFA) Cahiers, 2013 (Annual IFA World Congress held in Copenhagen), as country reporter for India on “Exchange of Information”.
Aseem’s contribution has been acknowledged in the Kanga & Palkhivala’s Income Tax Commentary, 10th Edition, an acclaimed treatise on Indian Income Tax laws.
Aseem has co-authored the Tax Disputes and Litigation Review 3rd & 4thEdition published by Law Business Research Ltd. U.K., in association with the ABA Section of International Law.
