ASEZ WAO

ASEZ WAO is a global volunteer group consisting of the World Mission Society Church of God young adult workers from 7,500 churches in 175 countries, such as the United States, Korea, Germany, and even deep in the Amazon rainforest of Brazil. Young adults are the leaders of future generations, who act for real change on this earth. This display of fervor motivates community members, which contributes to the betterment of society. In the same way that each family receives such heartfelt love and care from a mother, ASEZ WAO members carry out their volunteer services in having the heart of a mother, understanding that this love is capable of overcoming any problems this earth has. We want to deliver the love of a mother to our global members who are suffering due to natural disasters or various threats. ASEZ WAO targets issues revolving around social welfare and environmental protection by founding the Take Action Project. This four-step project consists of tapping people’s awareness for certain global issues, taking action for these issues, expanding one’s network, and finding effective methods for change. Our end goal is to live in a happy world, as it is the only place for mankind to sustain their lives. After participating in volunteer services, ASEZ WAO has received awards from governments and organizations of each country, such as The Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service, the U.S President’s Volunteer Service Award, a Certificate of Appreciation from The Department of Environment and Natural Resources in the Philippians, and the Korean Presidential Citation.
