We are an experienced UK-based component manufacturer, specialising in the production of high precision CNC turned parts, made predominantly on our sliding head lathes to exacting tolerances.
We are very passionate about our ability to offer small components consistently and repeatedly with extremely precise dimensional tolerances, from part to part, and from batch to batch.
All of our machines have sub-spindles with driven tools offering cross milling and cross drilling. This means parts leave the machine fully finished, without the need for any secondary operations, offering a reduction in cycle time over traditional lathes.
The majority of the components we make are in stainless steel, and we work with all 300 and 400 series grades. We manufacture parts from 17-4PH and work in ‘high alloy’ steels, such as super duplex and 625 & 718 alloy. We also work with aluminium, brass, phosphor bronze and mild steel.
