ALIEC builds on and continues the legacy and foundational coaching work of the Asian Leadership Institute (ALI). Founded in 1982 by psychotherapist Dr. Brian Bauerle, ALI is Asia’s oldest and most prestigious executive coaching firm. ALIEC’s coaches are trained in ALI’s unique method of impactful coaching. As ALI has strategically re-positioned to focus solely on founders and start-up enterprises, ALIEC continues its work with corporate and family business clients.
