ASL Analytic Service Laboratory GmbH is an independent, ISO 17025 accredited analytical laboratory and an officially approved tobacco testing laboratory within the European Union. ASL provides analytical services related to tobacco and e-cigarettes for customers worldwide
The ASL Service range covers the current methods of tobacco and tobacco product analysis, including the measurement of physical parameters and residue analysis as well as analysis of e-cigarettes, e-liquids and heated tobacco products.
The smoking analyses as well as the measurement of ignition propensity (LIP test) are accredited according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005. ASL is further nominated as an official umpire laboratory in Germany for tobacco testing.
In addition to testing cigarette smoke for nicotine, condensate and carbon monoxide according to standards regulated by law, numerous other components of tobacco products and tobacco smoke can be determined.
