About Us:
Founded in 2020 ASM Sports Community Interest Company (CIC) is a sister company of ASM Sports UK Ltd and is the functional department responsible for our ‘Community Outreach Programme.’ The CIC operates in the ‘Education and Justice Sector’ providing 'Community Outreach Interventions' to ‘Bridge the Gap’ where exclusion exists. Our practitioners work exclusively in a 1-1 and on small group basis in Staffordshire/Cheshire schools, PRU's and in the surrounding communities to empower children and young adults.
Our Mission:
Our mission is to provide a framework and pathway to transform lives. This transformation begins by empowering children and young adults to make positive decisions.
Our Objective:
Our objective is to support vulnerable children and young adults with their mental and emotional well being.
Our Aims:
- Supporting the Trans-disciplinary Team and Pastoral Leads in Mainstream and Special Schools
- Combatting challenging behaviour and assisting with behaviour management
- Utilising sport, exercise and health/well-being as a tool to increase engagement
- Supporting children and young adults that are either temporarily or permanently removed from the main school population
- Facilitating vulnerable children and young adults when they are transitioning to a more 'normalised' timetable and routine.
