I am an experienced Registered Dietitian professional (RD) and have a wide range of experience in the National Health Service (NHS), private health sector and as a freelance dietitian. I specialise in weight loss, offering expert support to patient’s pre bariatric surgery and post bariatric surgery. I also specialise in IBS and IBD and nutrition for exercise and sports specific nutritional advice. I provide educational and practical Cook and Eat sessions at local sports clubs, which I thoroughly enjoy. I am a full member of the British Dietetic Association (BDA), including it’s specialist groups: Obesity, Gastroenterology, Freelance Dietitians, Food Allergy and Sports Nutrition Group and registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC). Individual consultations are available, at various locations or via Skype, Face Time, and Telephone sessions.
