Association Concordia

Concordia is a non-governmental not-for-profit organization, founded in 1950 to carry out and support international voluntary work and intercultural education. We arrange voluntary placements abroad for French volunteers and organize local voluntary projects in France for incoming foreign volunteers. We manage to rally nearly 2000 volunteers per year whether it be on long or short-term projects. Through international voluntary projects, educational programs and campaigns Concordia aims to: - assist the development of a tolerant and open society - encourage an active and responsible approach to the world around us both locally and globally We create an environment in which people can gain new experience, expand their skills and develop their own views of the complexity of the world around them.
