Bayview Partners is a privately-held real estate investment company focused on creating long-term value and above-market returns for our investors through commercial real estate investments in Canada, with a particular focus across the Greater Montreal Area.

1. Preserve and grow capital through accretive commercial real estate investments.
2. Collaborate with key stakeholders (brokers, lenders, owners, investors, property managers, construction professionals, etc.) to source acquisition opportunities and execute on our business plan.
3. Develop a strong reputation in the market and be recognized for our ability to close transactions quickly and smoothly.
4. Acquire and build meaningful real estate projects that make the communities we invest in better places to live and work.
APPROACH
Bayview Partners is focused on acquisition, redevelopment and development opportunities across the multifamily and industrial sectors.
We target mid-sized deals and bring an institutional approach to the sub-institutional space. We are targeting deals between $10M and $25M.
Our long-term investment horizon and lean organizational structure allows us to be flexible in our investment approach: we will pursue direct investments and co-investment opportunities with other opportunistic investors.
