Founded in 1942, Astilleros de Mallorca is a fully equipped and specialised shipyard, offering a wide range of services,from refit and repair to technical expertise and advice, spares and equipment procurement and planned maintenance management. With 78.000m² of operational area in Palma, a hauling capacity of 1700t and an exterior berthing quay for vessels of up to 120mt., Astilleros de Mallorca meets all the required quality and safety requisites of the most important Classification Societies and Associations. An experienced management team with varied backgrounds, including naval architects and technical experts, backed by a team of highly specialised craftsmen is looking after our clients every need at every stage of the refit. Astilleros de Mallorca operates across 4 different sites, the main integrated shipyard, the adjacent STP yard, Port Tarraco service point and Freire's new build shipyard in Vigo. All 4 sites offer a variety of different facilities and equipment including travel lifts, keel pits, slipways, cranes and proprietary specialised workshops. Our manned offices in STP dispose with Project Management, Purchase and Invoicing Departments as well as dedicated piping, metal, mechanical, electrical & hydraulic workshops.
