Dans un cadre propice à l'acquisition de nouvelles compétences, l’activité professionnelle, support du travail d’accompagnement, s’organise autour du maraîchage biologique.
Notre démarche s'inscrit dans une logique de développement durable tout en favorisant l'inclusion par le travail.
Cette mission est assurée par une équipe pluridisciplinaire de salariés permanents : une responsable d’unité de production, 2 encadrants technique et une accompagnatrice socio-professionnelle.
