Athrú - Change Management Overview

I help preparing people with skills for changes ahead. The world around us is changing at a very fast pace. Being ready as an organisation for this change is going to be key to be successful. When things change, new or adjusted behaviors are required. This does not only requires training, it also requires follow up, measurement of the impact. Without impact there is no change. When I was a student, I had the luck to be an Erasmus-student and I choose to go to the lovely Ireland to write my thesis. This was an opportunity but required me to change, to adapt to this new and different environment. This is where Athrú comes from: Irish for change. And now again I’m making a change from the well know environment of working for a single company for most of my professional live into the unknown, new and exciting world of finding my own customers, projects, Change can be frightening but it is nothing to be afraid of. It is an opportunity to do tings differently, in a better way and to by overcoming the change you will grow. This is a promise I make my customers.
