The Atlantic Beach Ocean Rescue organization operates under an Advanced Certification from the United States Lifesaving Association. The hours for the Atlantic Beach Lifeguards are Monday - Friday from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Saturday - Sunday from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Lifeguards full time beach sitting starts on Memorial weekend and ends Labor Day weekend.
