The Atlantic Canada Aviation Museum is Atlantic Canada’s only museum devoted to preserving all aspects of Atlantic Canada’s aviation heritage. It has been owned and operated by local volunteers since its inception in 1977. Both civilian and military aviation history are depicted in the extensive displays found within the facility. Included are hundreds of artifacts, large and small, from books, badges and uniforms to engines and more than 20 aircraft. The museum is open to the public daily from mid-May to early October from 9:00am-5:00pm. Off-season tours are available upon request. The museum also hosts events throughout the year.
