Ted and the first-rate team he has built at Atlantic excel in acquiring assets backed by commercial real estate and at developing creative business strategies to maximize each asset's value.
In 2006, Ted West was awarded Downtown Portland Corporation’s Economic Development Achievement Award for his vision and contributions to the redevelopment of the city, including a project that has breathed new life into Portland’s then-dormant Bayside neighborhood and stimulated a wave of economic growth in the area that continues to day. Ted has also developed major projects in North Carolina, Texas, Arizona, California, and Nevada.
