I am an AuDHDer myself, spending over 20 years in the IT/Corporate world. I received a late diagnosis, and realised I want to help people to manage with strategies designed to promote enablement, as opposed to just "coping". Whether your ADHD struggles are related to self awareness, problem-solving, motivation, impulsivity, memory, or emotional regulation, we'll work together to create a plan and goal(s) individual for you. Any co-morbities that are linked to ADHD, such as being Autistic, Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria, etc., can be factored into the journey we'll take together.
