Céline Jacobs en Jolien Desmet zijn audioloog/audicien van opleiding. Ze behaalden in 2008 hun Master in de logopedische en audiologische wetenschappen aan de KU Leuven.
Na een uiteenlopend professioneel traject zijn ze nu beide eigenaar van een eigen hoorcentrum. In die hoedanigheid bellen ze elkaar vaak om casussen te bespreken en om elkaar om advies te vragen.
Steeds vaker merken Jolien en Céline op dat er in het aanbod van bijscholingen behoefte is aan een specifiek aanbod voor audiciens.
Vanuit deze noodzaak richtten ze samen Opleidingscentrum AUDIOKNOWLEDGY op.
