AUMA India products are used in virtually all major projects in power, water, cement, steel, oil and gas and nuclear sector in India. AUMA India was incorporated in the year 1983 and started production in the year 1986 at Peenya, Bangalore. The company today has approximately 233 employees with three branch offices located at Pune, Noida and Chennai and it has expanded its sales fleet by positioning their sales engineers in Kolkata, Hyderabad, and Vadodara. AUMA India Pvt. Ltd., Corporate Office & Plant is situated at No. 38-A and 39-B, 2nd Phase, Peenya Industrial Area, Bangalore-560058. Peenya Industrial Area is one of the largest industrial estates in Asia. Peenya is situated at North of Bangalore. The company supports its growing base of installed products with a service network spread all over the country. Other services provided include periodic overhauls, annual maintenance contracts and quarterly training programs for site technicians and customers. AUMA India is certified for the quality management system in line with ISO 9001 standards since 1995. All the products prior to the dispatch to customers are checked 100% for the parameters, which are critical to the functioning of the product. AUMA India is geared to meet the increasing demands of this sector by continually investing in capacity expansion and product improvement. AUMA India has an installed capacity to manufacture 36000 actuators and 18000 gear boxes annually and is the third largest facility to manufacture electric actuators globally. The company has adapted industry protocols like Modbus , Profibus for remote monitoring management of field actuators and offers customised solutions based on the need of the customers.
