Aurora Information Systems, Inc. was founded in 1996. Aurora was a Women-Owned Small Business Concern, located in Orlando, Florida. Our company provided service to the Information Technology Industry, in both Government and Private Sectors. Aurora specialized in the assessment of Legacy Systems, Engineering Studies and Application Integration Solutions.
Our original focus was the delivery of quality consulting services. After several successful years, we identified the need to educate others in the industry. This led to our “best practices” approach to training, in which our seasoned consultants transfer valuable real-world knowledge to their students in a formal classroom setting.
By virtue of our experience and reputation, we naturally attracted the best and brightest talent in the field. Through our consulting experience, we know the needs of our clients. This led to the opportunity to place IT job seekers in permanent positions within these corporations.
In 2001, Aurora was recognized for its exceptional growth and success, and named as one of Purple Squirrel Magazine’s 100 Fastest Growing IT Staffing/Services Companies in the United States.
In 2002, co-founder Donald A. Marsh, Jr. passed away. Aurora continued to run for six more years with the help of the great talent Mr. Marsh had helped foster and train.
