Where We Began
Established in 2014 as a subsidiary of Woh Hup Private Limited. Aurum Precast Sdn Bhd specializes in precast concrete products for use in civil and building projects within Singapore’s construction industry.
With the span of 83 acres, our team has expanded to 135 Staff and over 580 workers. Our factory is fully equipped with all casting, lifting and storage facilities. We also have our own concrete batching plant.
We strive to develop and execute the best technical approach in all our production. We are always seeking out the latest state-of-the-art technology whilst minimising time and cost used.
Our Products
Our products include production and supply of prefabricated prefinished volumetric construction (PPVC) modules, prefabricated bathroom units (PBU), precast cable troughs as well as external facade works such as aircon ledge, staircase, columns and beams, making us one of the biggest precast suppliers in Johor Bahru.
Our Awards and Certifications
We are proud to be one of the first few precast contractors to have received various certifications from relevant authorities in both Singapore and Malaysia, certifying that our works are carried out safely and in compliance with their requirements.
