Australian Construction Law Discussion Group

Australian Construction Law Discussion Group company information, Employees & Contact Information

The ACLDG is a long running discussion group providing a forum for NSW legal practitioners to discuss Australian construction law issues based in Sydney's CBD. It also has a long history of providing an avenue for members of the NSW judiciary (especially dealing with the NSW Supreme Court's Technology & Construction List) to provide and obtain feedback from practitioners appearing in those jurisdictions. The ACLDG usually holds 4 dinner seminars a year, with a practitioner dealing with a construction law topic, and also general networking opportunities for attendees. Membership requires a one off $100 joining fee. Attendance at dinner seminars counts towards CPD points for practitioners. The ACLDG is an unincorporated association, with Kerrie Leotta (barrister) of Garfield Barwick Chambers its current convener. Mr Bruce Collins SC of Arbitration Chambers is its current (unofficial) patron. ABN 82 468 566 763
