What an amazing thing storytelling is! As a writer of fiction, we get to transport our readers to the far out reaches of our imaginations. As readers, you get to sit back and brace yourself for stories like action packed crime dramas, suspenseful thrillers, heartfelt romance, bone chilling horror, and unimaginable fantasies. What better place to go to, than a good book, sitting pool side at your favorite vacation getaway or home alone on some rainy cold winters night . A good book to escape from the reality of life’s difficult moments. A book that can transport it’s reader to another place or time. A book that can allow it’s reader to sink into a twisting plot or be drawn in by characters that are so relatable, they remind you of people you know. All this is magical. The experience of reading is magical. And to be blessed enough to be able to set the stage for this magic to happen is all I want to do.
I’ve been writing for quite a few years now. I have many short stories that cover several genres. Each story that I have written were inspired by an experience that I had, or something that I saw or heard. It has always been my main objective to try my very best to record the visions that seem to align themselves in my mind when those creative moments happen. I would like to share with you a short summary of several stories that will make it on my website in the near future.
One story I wrote has to do with the 9-11 terror attacks that killed so many. It was four highjacked commercial planes that were used to carry out the devastating horror, death and destruction on this day. My story called, “Mission 5,” is a story about a fifth plane, that no one knew about, that was also scheduled to carry out massive destruction and death. But this plane did not carry out it’s intended mission. In my story, lies the reason this planes mission did not go as planned.
