The word ‘Auxano’ is Latin for “a cause to grow”. When we founded Auxano Real Estate Investments, our goal was not to build an investment company. The founders, Josh and Tim, were looking for a way to grow, to learn and to challenge themselves.
Building wealth through real estate investments requires a long-term approach. We are focused on sound investing that includes purchasing value-add properties with high upside for future appreciation. We understand that investing cannot be done alone, and we strive to build excellent relationships by treating everyone with respect and absolute integrity.
As markets shift, we will continue to evaluate all options for investment asset types within the real estate sector and will not back down from embracing change. We will continue to seek out learning through books, podcasts, articles, seminars, meet ups and most importantly, mentorship.
Josh is a high-energy visionary that pushes the limits, ignites the partnership and is not afraid to talk to anyone about what he wants. Tim is the calm, methodical, voice of reason that keeps the company humming. Our polar opposite personalities complement each other to fuel our growth and push beyond what we as individuals could achieve!
