AWAKE AWARE MINDFUL is a holistic business that incorporates mentoring and bodywork therapies to enhance the wellness of the mental, physical, emotional and spiritual consciousness. We are based in Buderim, Australia. We service clients locally, nationally and internationally. We specialise in those wanting to move forward from the Dark Night of the Soul Experiences. Whether that be divorce, illness, mental health, navigating changes in belief systems or anything that takes courage and bravery, programs used are a form of neural pathway development. This becomes a kind approach to self-empowerment where loving choices replace discipline and willpower. Often, clients are exhausted by trying all they know to make a change and still struggle with shame, guilt, blame and feelings of failure. This approach to change becomes wholesome and effortless, so it becomes sustainable. Self-discovery is essential to have the painful experiences not be repeated but used as a gift to understanding oneself and others experiencing the same. We can't do differently if we don't know differently, so moving forward from ignorance, avoidance, and attachment is essential to building the rest of our lives to be the best of our lives. We welcome you to the journey of discovery and begin to break down those beliefs of you not being good enough, loved enough, valued enough, known enough, capable enough, safe enough, free enough, respected enough or seen enough. Mentoring is different to coaching as we don't set goals or future plans. Mentoring differs from counselling as we are not 'fixing you' or digging into the past. Mentoring is having you be the observer and becoming more aware of repeat patterns using awareness and mindful choices while being present. All programs have a quality workbook for participants, a beginning and an ending. All clients love their 'date' with themselves as they become clear of their values, spending their time and energy knowing themselves intimately.
