- Collaborating with engineering teams to determine the business impact and timeline impact and formulating them into tasks.

- Implementing the tasks happens with a team of 3-5 software engineers under the product leadership of a product owner.
- A sprint of two weeks allows for planning the tasks and presenting the results with relevant stakeholders.
This is what we call good IT governance and creates an environment where Customer Situational Awareness allows stakeholders to understand the business context and define success based on results.
