In 2017, axis comms was born. It is built on an expert associate model which allows us to only work with highly qualified coaches. This approach does not restrict us to any big company IP and ensures that we constantly upgrade and take on new ideas and ways of supporting our clients.
We believe that this method allows us to truly provide a bespoke offering rather than the classic ‘vanilla’ roll out. It allows us to be far more agile in terms of how we match the right coach to our client in both style, capability and brand.
In the early 90’s, Alex MacPhail set up the UK’s largest mindset training company called SI Group. Fifteen years later he merged the company with rogenSi, Asia’s largest sales and sales leadership training company. In 2015, he helped sell rogenSi to a Nasdaq quoted company specialising in customer experience called Teletech. He left in 2017 to set up axis comms.
