b² Partners was established as a Commercial Real Estate (CRE) company with a simple goal in mind: to ensure the success of others. How do we do that? By focusing on the relationship first and everything thereafter a "distant next". That may seem nonsensical on the surface, but not when you consider the fact that success can easily be shared, and how tasks, when viewed through the lens of relationships, become far less challenging, that sense of incredulity fades. That is NOT to say that concrete and demonstrative results are not required. They clearly are and our "job" at b² is to ensure the timely success of each task that lay in front of us. However, we understand that the relationship must remain paramount to the task.
In terms of work performed by b², the scope of our efforts have ranged from providing "Use and Density" analyses for quasi-governmental entities, to feasibility review and analysis on the Rollout Plan of a nationally known retailer, to providing 100% of a $45mm capital stack requirement of a Medical Complex, and all manner of projects in between. Furthermore, having lived in the CRE "ecosystem" for over 15 years, we also understand that we must be prepared to operate on a "Sea to Shinning Sea" basis. From Ticonderoga, NY to Temecula, CA, b² will follow its partners/tenants wherever they may need us. Lastly, as with any entity, while we certainly have more experience in some sub-sectors than others, we have vast experience in numerous types of CRE. The Net Lease/Build-to-Suit (BTS) segment along with Medical related (both Procedural and Office buildings), and Power and Lifestyle Centers, all represent areas in which b² has deep experience. However, the Industrial/Distribution, Hospitality, and Office sub-sectors are all those in which b² has operated as well. Simply put, we may not have seen it all in CRE, but you can see “all” from where we sit!
