Our business lines are executive or organizational coaching, integral coaching and business coaching for entrepreneurs. Our methodology is based on 3 main pillars. First: Focus on the person or team, that is, on what moves them, the purpose. Second: Focus on the design of the solution (SMART Goals) using project methodologies and continuous improvement (Lean, Design Thinking, PDCA, etc.) Third: Focus on execution to turn the design into an implementation with measurable results.
