The BA Women’s Alliance is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization that supports the educational, personal, and professional development of women who seek to make a difference in the world.
We champion women whose values align with those for whom this organization honors: B.A. Rudolph. These are women who embody B.A.’s fierce dedication to justice and radiate B.A.’s devotion to advancing and empowering women. There are thousands of B.A.s—BA Women—among us. It is our mission to find and champion them.
We are committed to the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion. This includes supporting women who are immigrants (including undocumented individuals and Dreamers), first-generation college students, LGBTQI individuals, non-binary individuals, people of color, and people with disabilities through our programs and scholarships.
