BackChart®, LLC is a national Web-Based EHR company that was founded in 2006 in Onalaska, WI. After practicing for over 30 years and maintaining multiple chiropractic clinics, Dr. Leo Bronston was still searching for a healthcare record that met the needs of his own chiropractic clinic. Specifically, he was in need of a record keeping tool that streamlined and created efficiencies within the office and provided quality assurance in regards the documentation of a patient's encounter. After researching the market for potential electronic health records, there were no useful systems that adequately meet the needs of the practice. Thus, Dr. Bronson was inspired to create a company that would provide chiropractors with core record keeping tools while also enabling them to focus on their patient needs. Proper record keeping not only allows for the potential to provide for better patient care, but also the opportunity to improve third party payment. With still no comparable system in the current market, BackChart® COS enables the chiropractor to deliver a standard of visit that would normally be unattainable. Currently, BackChart is now implementing our chiropractic EHR software in Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN (10 miles south of Minneapolis). We are a growing company in a growing industry. Our mission is to provide Chiropractors with the most reliable, affordable, user-friendly, and patient-centered Chiropractic EHR programs on the market.
