Baker's Bacon is a boutique bacon company based in Marina, CA. Founded by Chef Tony Baker and long time smoking legend Steven Sacks. Baker and Sacks collaborated to produce bacon that was lacking in the industry today. Dry cured bacon made the traditional way with the very best heritage breed pork they could find. Baker's Bacon is distributed nationally by a handful of select specialty distributors. Baker's Bacon customers are ingredient focused chefs that want to know where their food is coming from. Baker's is one of the first companies to produce a Sous Vide Bacon with national distribution.
