BAKTI 2020 (Bakti Sosial Teknik Industri 2020) is a social service activity that lasts for 8 months held by the Student Association of the Industrial Engineering Study Program at Parahyangan Catholic University (UNPAR), Community Service Division. BAKTI 2020 aims to foster dreams in children with Non-Communicable Diseases, especially those who live in Rumah Harapan Indonesia and Rumah Singgah Al-Fatih, Bandung. The implementation involved contributions from UNPAR Industrial Engineering students, where we held fundraising and disseminated information about non-communicable diseases through Instagram (instagram.com/bakti.2020). In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, the BAKTI committee cannot meet directly with the children there, therefore we provide videos about the introduction of professions and supporting materials as a tool to help grow their dreams. We also distribute aid funds as well as basic necessities for families at open houses.
