Balance 360 Ltd is a team of Osteopaths, Yoga Instructors and Massage Therapists that have trained and worked together for many years, dedicated to the treatment and relief of muscle and joint pain and stiffness. This could be caused by injury, bad posture or arthritis, repetitive strain and over-use issues. We treat more than just back pain and neck pain.
Most patients attend the practice because something ‘hurts’. Usually the issue is easily identified and the treatment can start straight away.
We will diagnose, explain, treat (using a range of evidence based treatments) and advise patients all on the first visit to help them get better quicker.

As a complementary addition to treatment or as a standalone activity we also run group and private yoga lessons to keep you moving and improving.
