Balanced Educators is about community. It started as a community of teaching staff who all needed to find time to bring balance into our minds and lives, in order to be the best teachers we could be.
Since starting, Balanced Educators has grown into more than a support group, now offering relaxation groups, coaching and self development opportunities. Our journey has been focused around empowering others to shine brightly and giving people the tools to do this.
We know how hard this can be, especially when juggling everything a working life and home life has to offer. We are still in the classroom, working through each term to provide high quality teaching and learning to the children we serve. In order to do that, we need to be working at our best. Practicing a balanced life of mindfulness and personal growth and happiness.
