Vision We work in Partnership with Nature to challenge the Environmental Crisis. We advocate environmental restoration, education, and community. Impact Located in Scotland on the historic shores of the Firth of Forth, we are an environmental charity delivering on big ambitions. Our ambition is to adopt world-class approaches, led by passionate locals to work with stakeholders, organisations and volunteers to help nature thrive in three ways: SEA: The Forth Marine Hatchery COAST: The Scottish Coastal Clean Up LAND: Muir to Forth The Forth Marine Hatchery, which will produce both native oysters, lobsters and seagrass to support the restoration of these keystone species in the Firth of Forth. This decline started well over 100 years ago with the decimation of vast oyster beds located in the Firth of Forth. The Scottish Coastal Clean Up continues to gain momentum and is having a significant positive environmental impact on removing plastics pollution and marine litter from our beautiful coastline; Since starting in 2023 we have removed in excess of 55 tones to date, and our mission continues. Muir to Forth, our ambitious nature restoration project will create a network of corridors and clusters for nature restoration from the high moorland of the Lammermuirs to the shores of the Firth of Forth. Without action we not only risk losing important wildlife such as barn owls, hedgehogs, key pollinators and the wild primrose but also the essential benefits that healthy ecosystems provide.
