Balint groups are an evidence-based resource aimed at improving client service and enhancing practitioner performance and professional wellbeing. We are the only specialist organisation in the UK providing Balint groups for lawyers at all levels of seniority.

Balint Legal was formed by two former lawyers with an in-depth understanding of the legal sector through both legal practice and management experience, and significant expertise in group work, team and organisational leadership.
Our groups run within organisational settings (such as law firms, sets of chambers, and in-house legal departments) and inter-professionally. We aim to support all those working across the sector, including in legal professional and management services.
