Balur-Kanlungan is a youth-led LGBTQIA+ wellness community that aims to foster spaces where everyone is valued, loved, and accepted. It focuses on providing safe spaces that develop companionship, solidarity, and community to assist members in dealing with their experiences and struggles as LGBTQIA+ community members. It was publicly launched on April 12, 2021 by UP Babaylan, Student Council Alliance of the Philippines (SCAP), Philippine Anti-Discrimination Alliance of Youth Leaders (PANTAY), and Youth for Mental Health Coalition, Inc. (Y4MH).
