Since 2011, when we launched the Bamboo architecture studio in the municipality of Gatika, known for the Castillo de Butrón, we have brought together a team of professionals with the same goal: To carry out well-done projects, which give a self-developer the peace of mind of building on schedule, along with the confidence that everyone will respect the agreed budgets. But a well-done project involves more than that. We need to talk about and understand the preferences of a family: their ways of living, daily uses, the most important spaces, the relationship with the environment, sustainability criteria and the choice of the best materials, without forgetting their subsequent maintenance. Then we can consider more technical factors, typical of architecture: the geometric clarity of the spaces, the harmonious composition, the formal synthesis of the applied regulations, solar orientations, the incorporation of new technologies, etc. And we also take care of the interiors, looking for the way to represent your personality.
