Bandit started many years ago when Ed and Jon took their passion for good food to the streets, markets and weddings of Milton Keynes. An exotic backdrop for this origin story, I’m sure you’ll agree. With a 1 of 1 Ford Mk1 Transit from 1966, converted into a food truck, they were on their way.
Since then, Bandit has grown and continues to grow. Today we have 3 elements: Events, Public Outlets and Corporate Outlets. Our reviews and reputation have stood the test of time, our burgers are legendary in these parts and our brisket still whispers to our fans.
