Banking Network Suriname N.V. (BNETS) was founded in 2005 on the initiative of the four major banks in Suriname. The initial objective of BNETS was to facilitate and maintain the local interbank network (POS|ATM switching). In recent years, BNETS expanded its service portfolio and added outsourcing services for local banks.
