Baravelli’s are artisan Chocolatiers and Confectioners based in Conwy, North Wales. The company was created by husband and wife team Mark and Emma Baravelli who made the move to the manufacturing sector having run a small Deli for several years. The company revolves around the couple’s enthusiasm for fine quality food. Their ethos and passion for quality products make them well known in the local area.
Baravelli’s creates luxury, artisan products for sale through independent retailers both in the UK and internationally. Products include chocolate truffles, bars, Chocstix (for which they own the Trademark), confectionery. In addition, the company now offers chocolate courses, where customers can gain hands on experience of working with chocolate.
The Baravelli’s were the first company to make chocolate from the bean to bar in Wales. They were only the third company to do so in the UK. Always keen to move forward and fascinated with the scientific side of food production, the Baravelli’s are Wales’s pioneering chocolatiers.
As part of their policy of innovation, Baravelli’s has entered numerous competitions and have received a total of over 30 awards so far, across the product range.
